Extension & Renovation
This traditional 1900s home was a classic case of old-meets-new. We seamlessly integrated a new double-storey addition with the house’s original style for a truly unique property. Precast concrete flooring opens up a spacious living area, and we worked with splash-back tiles imported from Turkey to achieve the nuanced aesthetic our client was looking for.

New Townhouse Constructions
Faced with the challenge of an irregular shaped, sloped block, we expertly designed and accommodated three family-sized homes. Keeping in line with the client’s inner-city style, we used recycled materials, original house bricks, and recycled structural steel. Custom-made steel staircases were coupled with local Western Australian timber for a rustic, urban feel. Polished concrete floors keep a consistent feel throughout the homes.

A beautiful 1920s character home refurbished with a new master bedroom and ensuite, kitchen, dining, family room, laundry, and alfresco dining area. Our clients also received a new carport and complete re-roof. We carefully renovated this home without losing sight of the building’s original character for a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary styles.

Working with another 1900s Federation home, we added a single level extension whilst retaining the original two front rooms. A beautiful passageway and internal courtyard effortlessly connects the new wing to the original structure. We added a beautiful fresh kitchen, dining, and family area, all masterfully constructed on a narrow block.
